Not Just Another Eyeshadow
We've all done it...bought a shade of eyeshadow that we thought would be absolutely slammin' and once we put it on, we realize it's just not our shade. Or perhaps you have a favorite color that you would wear all over, including in your hair if you could figure out how to get it to stay! Well today we're going to talk about one use you may not have thought about for your mineral eyeshadows!

Today we're going to be using Limeaid, our Color of the Month.
It's bright. It's sassy. It's a gorgeous color for the summer months! Great with dark skin tones, tan skin and even a Casper white kinda gal like me can pull it off
Especially when I do this:

Cool huh? Easy to do as well. Not quite as easy as opening a bottle of premixed polish, but it's not like I'm gonna have you grinding minerals to make your own here
The first time you try this, I suggest a cheap bottle of clear fingernail polish, a small container that you don't mind throwing out or a thick piece of plastic to mix on and of course, the eyeshadow that you want to presto chango
You'll also need toothpicks, paper towels and I'd keep a bottle of polish remover handy just in case. If you're like me and you love to change polish colors to suit your mood, grab some paint brushes as well...the cheap ones are fine so long as they don't shed since you don't want hairy nails. *Note* Cover your work area! Always always always. I usually mix polish on a section of ceramic tile that I don't mind if it gets messed up.
Ok, now it's mad scientist time! Pour a small amount of the clear polish into the container or on the plastic you're mixing on. Add some of your mineral eyeshadow to the polish, mix until incorporated with the polish. Test it out and see how it looks. If it needs a little more color, add more mineral eyeshadow until you reach the desired shade but be careful not to mix too much in or it won't apply smoothly (ask me how I know lol). Once you have the desired shade, simply paint your nails as usual, using the paintbrush or the brush in the clear polish bottle (be sure to clean it before putting it back in the polish bottle otherwise the color will transfer into your clear polish). I always follow with a top coat to ensure durability
And there ya have it! A new use for all of those samples and shades that you may not wear!
Enjoy!

Way cool! Blogs already paid for and I am starting to get paid already. I can't thank you enough for this opportunity.
Now your talking! I have been looking for something online that pays without any catches. Yours is the first I found that really works. I tell everyone about this. Thanks
If I could tell the world, I would tell everyone what a great program this is. Right when I needed the money, you pulled through for me. Thank you so much!
This looks fun, but messy to do! I have some colors don't look good on my face, but I am sure it would be fun to wear on my nails!
